We strive to ship orders within 3-5 business days. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm unless otherwise stated. We do not ship on weekends. Located near Nashville, Tennessee, shipping time will vary depending on the distance and shipping method selected.

Cancellations & Changes

Once your order has been fulfilled and the shipment tracking number has been created, you cannot cancel or change your order. If you cancel prior to fulfillment, there will be a 5% cancellation fee. Please send an email to [email protected] regarding order cancellations or changes.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for incorrect address entries through our website. If an incorrect address is entered and the package does not arrive, shipping costs will not be refunded. Any additional shipping cost burden will be charged to the customer. If an address is requested to be changed after the shipment is en route, an additional address change fee of $20 will be incurred.

International Shipments

If a package is being shipped outside of the United States or territories of the United States, please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery and will not be held liable for lost packages.
